Tried making deposit on Saturday 8/29 got a message that said gateway timed out. In fact the funds were placed on hold, contact customer service was treated very poorly was told transaction declined. Sent in verification it was on hold. Monday 8/31 charge cleared my account immediately sent over documentation showing was charged and still have not been refunded. Have tried sending numerous emails only to have most of them ignored and the 2 that I have gotten responses from say it takes time to verify. I sent over verification don't understand the problem with crediting me back.
