ComeOn Casino - Will not help me to solve my troubles depositing with verified card

Hi,
I cannot deposit into my Come on account with my bank card even though the card has been verified.This first happened 2 months ago and despite numerous emails(most of which are not replied to) and 4 chats with live support it seams they either cannot or will not rectify the situation.Today I asked live support to delete the said bank card in the hope that I could then re register it hoping that would allow me to deposit with it again but they said they cannot remove the card from my account as I have deposited with it in the past.I have attached a screenshot of the message I get when I try and deposit with my card.I could be wrong but here is my theory..In my life time play at Comeon I am in profit.Not by huge amounts,just very small wins so I usually withdraw more than I deposit.So maybe by doing this with my bank card they stop me from depositing therefore stopping me from winning even though like I say the wins are very small.I hope this issue can be resolved.

Please make sure to update your complaint accordingly and clarify the total amount of the disputed deposit/s which were not credited.

Thank you for your reply,
I have attempted to deposit around 5 times with my card,and always on Come on site it says deposit pending.As yet they have not taken any money out of my bank account so in effect I have not lost anything,I do think though that this is their way of stopping me from depositing and therefore winning as like I said I have withdrawn more than I have deposited with them.If thats the case then fine,I will accept that even though it would be wrong of them to do that but just tell me that instead of me wasting my time sending emails and being fobbed off on live support.I would bet anything that if I was losing hundreds of pounds a week with them they would have rectified the issue in days(if not hours). What I would like to know is their reason for them being unable or unwilling to fix this issue.They do not reply to my emails and live chat either dont know why I am unable to deposit or wont tell me.
