On 4/15/2015 I had a withdraw from Jackpot Capital for $600.00 . I did get the check and deposited in my checking account .

On 04/22/2015 Returned Item From A Previous Deposit $600.01

The check was not accepted . I have had check from them before with no problems.

I talked to Jackpot capital on 4/22/2015 and they asked why my bank sent it back . I have no Idea. Was told that I have to send the check back .

How am I to do this is I dont have the check??

I want the 600.00 check reissued now this was not my fault that their check did not go through :(

Delayed bitcoin withdrawal
I have played on this site before and submitted my verification information and have successfully cashed out twice. I am not a bonus chaser because of the strict requirements, so I don't accept them. I requested a bitcoin withdrawal of $1000 and the following day I get an email from security saying: ------------ Thank you for choosing JackpotCapital Casino. We have received your payout request, however upon review we noticed that your account activity is coming from a different location other than what is registered on file. Please respond to this email with an explanation for the difference in location. The processing of your withdrawal request will be placed on hold until we hear from you. Should you require any further information or assistance, please feel free to contact us. --------------------------------- I have played on the same laptop from the same IP address as always. I told them that their geolocation software was faulty and that they should check my IP address history. I thought maybe they were delaying the bitcoin payment because the mining fees are high so I even offered to have the mining fee taken out of my payment. Still no payment. I just want my money and my account closed.
