I have been playing today cause I wanted to get the 30 freespins Tuesday promotion.

I apparently waited for the spins and they didn't come so I went for the spins to their support and she added some 30 spins without a problem, and said to me there you go Gl and have fun. This was cool until I withdraw 2500euro and them saying 100 is max win rest is void money.

So I went playing the last 100 euro on my account and lucky me I read the rules their god damn lying nowhere in the general bonus terms is there stated that max win is 100euro??? So I want to complain and warn everyone.

Hello Casinojax and askgamblers I would like for you to know I what I expect happens is that the casinojax send me the last 2400 to my Skrill account as intended from the first place until then I would like to keep this complaint open.

Contacted support again today to see what will happen and the answer is that it will be forwarded to their manager and he will contact me by email.

So far so good they have returned the money to my account and I will now withdraw them, everything is good so far after speaking with them once again.

Withdrawal completed and everything went smoothly also won a bit more :). Ty would like to close the complaint for now good day!
