I have been awaiting payment from this Casino for 19 days now. I was originally told I would receive the money within 7-10 days. When I failed to receive the money I contacted them again and have done so almost everyday for the past 2 weeks. The payment is still not forthcoming. I have been told to contact their finance department by email directly to resolve the issue. I have sent 4 emails over the past week and received no reply.
I was then informed by their customer service staff that the money was transferred to me on the 23rd of August and I was to wait a further 7 days to receive it. I requested details of the payment and they wouldn't provide any to me. I have now since learned that the customer representative admitted to making up this transfer and lying to me to get rid of me from chat. I then received a one line email saying I would not be receiving the money. This is the level of customer service I have had to deal with.
I have not received any emails from their payment/finance team since. I have not received any apologies for the lies that were told to me. I have copies of correspondence from support staff promising me to rest assured that I would receive my money and yet I then yesterday receive an email saying I am not getting the payment. It is a disgrace.
