Casino Room returned cashout less than what i cashed out?

Hi i started useing this casino on the weekend over all i won what was displayed in my acount as £175. i deposited in euros say 25eur wich shows in my acount as £21 i. my last cashout of £25 i asked to be reversed but when was reversed it showed as £21. i have spoken to an operator and he has tryed to say the casino dosnt deal in pounds but it clearly shown as £25 when i withdrew so when it was reversed it should say £25 again but it dosnt it says £21 i have a record of the chat if needed.

My apologies for the inconvenience caused, it appears that you cashed out in fact 25EUR which is the equivalent of 21GBP, please note that the cashout request is made in EUR, this is most likely what caused the confusion, but you can check the transactions on this link www.ca­sin­oro­om.c­om­/tr­ans­actions please note that all your deposits have been made in EUR and that we use GBP in the balance as the reference currency.

OK thank you i think there was some confusion on my end, iv got my head around it now. is there a way for you to show my account balance in euros to stop further confusion?

Hi andytfay, thanks for your reply, we can setup a new account for you, this time with currency EUR, but it will be required that you provide us with an alternate email address to suppor­[email protected]­asi­nor­oom.com

I could try registering your new account with the same email but I don't want to "break" anything else in the process, it will be much easier if you have another email, otherwise we'll try. The reason is that once you register an account the email is locked to your profile and this profile is in GBP already.
