For weeks already I am trying to get my verification completed. Latest attempt was Sep 18th.

I escalated to chat 4 or 5 times and I sent many mails to verifi­cat­ion­@bo­dog.eu, financ­ial­ser­vic­es@­bod­og.eu, [email protected].

No replies other than "thank you, received your docs" come back.

Nothing is done and in the chat I keep being told 24-48 hours.

In the latest chat today they confirm they have my docs and ask me to AGAIN do the automatic verification process, but the link I should be seeing is not there. When I tell them there is no link they don't give a solution. So I keep being stuck forever and they don't try to resolve it..

Please help!

The amount of CAD 425.15 is in my account.
However, they just verified my account, extremely likely due to you publishing this complaint.
I really want to thank you for your support, you really make the difference!

I just requested my withdrawal so I'll assume for now I will get the funds soon.
