Closed my account based on a non-existing term

I received a message from Betrally claiming that I have breached their terms and conditions, and thus they decline to pay my winning of 4 064€. I am accused of breaching section 15.2 (i) "If you have played in tandem with other Customer(s) as part of a club, group, etc., or placed bets or wagers in a coordinated manner with other Customer(s) involving the same (or materially the same) selections". I am confused what they mean by this. I am not part of any club or group and I highly doubt whether that would even have any benefits in casino slots, the whole subsection seems to be directed to their sportsbook customers. I made a deposit (200€) that gave me the maximum bonus (300€) and played it to my favorite slot Guns N' Roses with the maximum allowed bet (6€). In my opinion there is nothing unusual or wrong with that.

The second claim relates to their Promotions terms and conditions section 2: "All customer offers are limited to one per person, family, household address, email address, telephone number, same payment account number (e.g. debit or credit card, Skrill and etc.), shared computer (e.g. school, public library or workplace) and shared IP." I have only played from my home and I live on my own so there is no way that any of the mentioned items could have been shared with some other player.

I hope Betrally realizes they have made a mistake and does what any reasonable casino would do in these circumstances and pays my winnings as soon as possible.

I made withdraw from betrally on 1/11/2017. I didn't got any mail from them, so I decide to send them my ID and utility bill. My account was than verified. Than i contact them on live chat where is the money. After that chat they send me mail that i need to send selfy holding ID. Thay asked me this on 10/112017. On 11/11/2017 I send them selfie. They refuse it because of bad quality. I understand it and I made than around 20 photos of my self holding my passport. I upload this photos on my betting account and send it to there support on 12/11/2017. Since than i never got any mail. So today I send them again the same photos. They verify account in 2 days, but I wait already for 5 days. Today I spoke with them on live chat, they told me that i send them so many pictures and they need to review all of them. I told them they need only good one. On printscren you will see this joke. Here is obvious they avoid to pay, i don't believe they need more than a second to see which photo would be good. Hello. I was registered in Betrally casino. I won about $200 and decided to withdraw it. I sent them the documents on an email: passport and utility bill. In reply I received a letter that my account is verifed and updated. After that 12.12.16 I played and won about 220 usd. I made withdraw request. After I made withdraaw request I asked support when will I get my winnings. They said me to wait for 24 hours. Today 14.12.2016 I received a letter that my account is closed. I decide to ask what happened, I was told that I broke t&c and gave me a link of t&c without saying what rule I broke. But I didn't break any rule. I ask to help to return my honestly won money.

Dealing with Betrally has been an absolute nightmare. I opened an account on 5th october with Betrally casino. I was unlucky at first and kept losing depositing $5488 from my credit card over 6 transactions. Betrally had no problem taking my money. However my luck turned and over the next couple of weeks I recouped my losses and ended with an account balance of $8381.82. I requested a withdrawal of the $8381.82 on 28th october and was asked to verify my account which I know is standard practice. I sent a scanned drivers license, bank card and utility bill but then was asked to take a photo of it with my smart phone and I complied and followed their instructions. I was then asked to post a notarized copy of the identification to them in Malta which cost me $51 to get a registered delivery post with proof of delivery. I posted the documents on 31st october and specifically requested proof of delivery so I would know the documents had been received, we are talking about $8381! Hello, I created an account with BetRally on the 25th of October. The account username is lukeam2000. On the 27th of October I tried to withdraw money from my account but was unable to. The Casino asked that I verify my account with the front and back image of the card I used to deposit money, a drivers license and a bill. I sent them images of all those documents and they accepted my verification. I again tried to withdraw money and it was denied again. At this point they locked my account so I cannot log in and they asked me to verify my account further by mailing to them notarized ID documentation. I sent them notarized ID documentation on the 31 of October and it was received and signed for at 1:05pm on the 3rd of November. I got a free sign-up Bonus of 25€ on Betrally and managed to wager it 50 times to request a withdrawal. I was told i need to make a deposit to verify a withdrawal method so i depositet 10€ via neteller and requestet a withdrawal of 100€ so that i have my 10€ left to play with because they have a Term that they may charge fees for withdrawals where the deposit isnt wagered atleast 3 times.
