Betfair Casino - Closed my account and has gone unresponsive

I created a betfair account, deposited money using a skrill account that is not on my name but one that I have the right to use, and I was asked to submit age verification documents. I submitted my passport and was age verified. Still I was not allowed to withdraw funds and had to submit an address verification document. I did that and after 72 hours my account closed. I was not provided any reason and received absolutely no emails from them. Now they have my funds and I am not able to use them on a different bookie either.

I haven't heard anything from you nor from betfair! I get in touch with betfair everyday (calls, live chat, etc) and none of them will help. They all say Its a different department and I have to wait. But for how long?

The complaint has been reopened as per Betfair Casino request and AskGamblers Complaints Team would like to give this case one more try and help both parties involved to reach a satisfactory resolution.
