Hello I wish to register a complaint against the above casino for actions made against my account with them for which I have had no explanation. On 13/10 I opened an account with BetClic I then played some hands of Texas hold'em Pro after claiming the welcome bonus and keeping to their agreed terms and conditions and to the wager requirements stipulated under the bonus terms. At the end of the gaming I had won 2885 I put through a withdrawal request for the monies and was asked to send in documents. This I did after a few days of having no contact I attempted to log into the account and was unable to so I emailed BetClic and the answer I received is pasted below. This is now the stock answer from the casino with no explanation as to why they have taken this action. Is there anything that can be done in this matter please? I have not actioned their request as am totally mad at their seemingly random action.
