I've been having to go through the Enhanced Verification Process with Bet365 for the past week or so now.
At first, they claimed to have called me when in fact, that they didn't. (Please see my other complaint)

After a few days, they finally asked me to provide documents, which I did on Feb 23rd.
In the same e-mail, I've attached the time I want to be contacted as well.
This morning, Feb 26th (3 days after), they sent me an email from the same address, but a different thread (convenient), claiming that they never got an email from me with regards to the time.

They keep delaying the Enhanced Verification on purpose to try and withhold my funds and/or playing on their site for some reason.
The worst part is the way that they lie when I have all the proof.

In their first email to me, they claimed to have "called me" but when I confronted them via live chat about never receiving a phone call, they admitted to never having called me.

And now, they're saying that a time has never been set up. I am TIRED of their lies, and they are probably doing this to multiple people.
They NEED to be held accountable.

Bet365 is refusing to let me withdraw, even though they clearly state when I sign in, I can proceed to withdraw my funds.
These guys are lying, cheating and scamming.
I provided them with all the information for enhanced verification, and they've still yet to reinstate my full account access, INCLUDING access to the funds in there.

I want my money and these guys are cheating
