Bet365 Casino - Bet365 refuses to payout to my bank account

I made a deposit on bet365.nl using Revolut. No bonus no wagering nothing active. The moment I tried to withdraw, they told me I cannot make a withdrawal to a Revolut bank account it has to be a Dutch bank account they said. How is that even possible? I made the deposit with that bank account I should be able to withdraw to it, makes no sense at all. It's still even an option in the available deposit options and withdrawals.

Anyway, I told them I don't have an active Dutch bank account at the moment and my Revolut account is the only bank account I have. They refuse to pay out to that account, although I showed them ownership of the account, bank statements, and basically everything they needed.

I've been going back and forth with them through email for like 12 days now every day. Each day some other employee replies and gives me different answers, like You can use Paypal to withdraw that should work, I try it and they block my account and tell me that is not an option. The next day another employee says you can withdraw to any European bank account, just show us you are the owner and bank statements. I have another bank account that isn't Dutch, I try to withdraw to that by giving them all the info they need, but after giving it to them they refuse and tell me only a Dutch bank is allowed to withdraw to. They keep referring to their T&C which says absolutely nothing about that.

This just keeps going back and forth and I am sick of it, how can a casino act like this? I just want my money which I won fair and square. The account is now blocked for further gaming or activity, I can only log in. They even removed the block once tempting me to play again and lose the balance which failed, after that they blocked it again.

They keep saying only withdrawal to a Dutch account is possible, well I don't have one, so now what? I've never ever had this problem with any casino or betting company.

Ive just recieved yet another email and they are starting this all over again. Yet another employee this time called Manon.

This is the mail i recieved from them;

Please make the withdrawal of 420 euros to the following Revolut bank account:

BIC = REVOLT21
in the name of Kaan Guney

I would like to emphasize again that the BUNQ account is no longer active and can be accessed and therefore the above account number should be used. I would also like to know the reason why the withdrawal is now possible and not previously.

Unfortunately we cannot make a withdrawal to a Revolut account. This can only be done to a Dutch account. At the moment we only have the account number with *6464.

If you have another account number we can return it to, please provide the following:


- Bank name

- Postal address of bank branch

- Name of the account holder

- IBAN

- BIC


Please let me know if you have a different Dutch account number so that we can send us a bank statement with your full name, account number and address so that we can forward it to the relevant department for verification of your IBAN.


There is no charge for wire transfer withdrawals.

This is like the 6th time this has happened now. Im sick of these games.

Hi,

Ive just recieved yet another email saying they will pay out to my Revolut account ( AGAIN ) see the email below ( i can provide it if necesarry ) They already have all my details, ive sent it like 6 times now. I will probably get an reply saying we cannot payout because its an Revolut account and we will start this show all over again like before.

I want to point out that another Dutch legal casino: www.711.nl has absolutly no problem recieving deposits from Revolut and paying out to Revolut. They are also licensed, so Bet365 are creating problems for no reason.

PS: The iban ending with 2019 is my Revolut account which they are refusing to payout to, altho ive shown ownership of this account and i also made my deposit with.

The most recent email is below:

Ive contacted their live support as per request from them.

After talking and waiting for almost 1,5 hours. Still no withdrawal request made and processed.

They first refused again, after that they contacted a supervisor which said the withdrawal was ok and they could proceed. After that they asked me for the banks name, adress, BIC, Iban and postal code.

I gathered that and gave it to them, they made me wait another 40 minutes after giving them that information, which i already have given them 3 times prior.

So after 40 minutes they told me they cannot process the withdrawal at this moment. They would like to call me in an hour to discuss this with me. DIscuss what????? they are just stalling and bullying me again.
