I made a deposit on bet365.nl using Revolut. No bonus no wagering nothing active. The moment I tried to withdraw, they told me I cannot make a withdrawal to a Revolut bank account it has to be a Dutch bank account they said. How is that even possible? I made the deposit with that bank account I should be able to withdraw to it, makes no sense at all. It's still even an option in the available deposit options and withdrawals.
Anyway, I told them I don't have an active Dutch bank account at the moment and my Revolut account is the only bank account I have. They refuse to pay out to that account, although I showed them ownership of the account, bank statements, and basically everything they needed.
I've been going back and forth with them through email for like 12 days now every day. Each day some other employee replies and gives me different answers, like You can use Paypal to withdraw that should work, I try it and they block my account and tell me that is not an option. The next day another employee says you can withdraw to any European bank account, just show us you are the owner and bank statements. I have another bank account that isn't Dutch, I try to withdraw to that by giving them all the info they need, but after giving it to them they refuse and tell me only a Dutch bank is allowed to withdraw to. They keep referring to their T&C which says absolutely nothing about that.
This just keeps going back and forth and I am sick of it, how can a casino act like this? I just want my money which I won fair and square. The account is now blocked for further gaming or activity, I can only log in. They even removed the block once tempting me to play again and lose the balance which failed, after that they blocked it again.
They keep saying only withdrawal to a Dutch account is possible, well I don't have one, so now what? I've never ever had this problem with any casino or betting company.
