i won $1217 and tried to withdraw it. it has been pending since 6/29/2015. they finally said my name was on another casinos negative database and i should look onto it although they didnt tell m the casino. a credit card was stolen from me several years ago and since i didnt use the card I disputed the charges. Atlantis Gold and their sister casino have taken over $2500 from my bank account

During a routine security check, it was found that your account has been flagged globally on our negative database. We do recommend that you speak to other casinos, you may have accounts with, as one of them has placed you in a negative customer list.
This is the same computer generated response that I talked about earlier. They wont even take the time to review and answer the situation about a credit card stolen from me years earlier. i won the money with no bonuses so they couldn't have any reason to hold back payment. The charges were not even at their casino over 5 years ago and I didnt do them. They won't pay even after they took $2500 wnich they didnt have a problem taking even though they say I am in a negative database. Its just an excuse to rip people off!!!
