Indio Casino - Almost 2 months waiting a withdrawal

i was win on that casino about 22 of june 800euro and almost 2 months waiting time and after 15-20 live chat calls i receive almost always the same answer i will be escalate this to our finance team or to pit boss and will be inform you....i have send email to all the departments of indio casino pit boss support finance nobody answer and i never take any email only the time i have make the first deposit and the withdraw never again...i dont know what to do i send email to
playtech too maybe can help me i have many photo of chating and from withdraw and from winings...i tired to wait 55days past please help me.
but for promotion and offers they send me 2 emails every day and for my money 55days 0 emails.. is that normal? i have many photo to prove my words if your site need it ask me to send it ...

update. money come back in to my account after 2months i call live chat and he say we tried to send that ammunt to your account however seems to be unsuccessful..i ask why? .answer...our finance team trying to get this to you it shows it was declined on my end...
they will send to finance team your query in high priority.......

This complaint has been reopened due to the declared willingness on behalf of Indio Casino management to do everything within their power to solve their old complaints. AskGamblers Complaints Team is reluctant to give these old cases one more chance for a successful resolution.
