I have been a member of all slots for a couple years. I tried to withdrawal $120 out a couple of weeks ago and they say they need documents to verify who I am . This has happened about a year ago and It was taken care of by emailing them saying they have all they needed when i signed up.They don't know after 2 years and dozens of deposits and a few withdrawals. They take my deposits no problem I sent them documents which they said were not clear. I checked them myself from sending to friends and myself and they were very clear. They requested better documents which I sent a week ago. I improved these again and tested them out. They keep saying they are waiting on documentation. They have the documentation, they just don't want to pay out. They just do not want to pay out money, they just want to take it in. Stay away from all slots, casino should have a business address

It's Roberto, representative of All Slots: I understand is annoying, but requesting documents is done to keep players safe, to verify their identity and to minimize as much as possible credit card frauds. Plus it is a mandatory request from eCOGRA, our certifying body.

It is useless to keep on contacting support: if you sent a clearer version of your documents, just wait a reasonable time (3 to 5 working days) till they approve your documents; sending too many emails is just confusing them, as according to them you have not yet sent documents (actually you have sent them but they are under approval). I reccomend, if you want an update on the situation, to use the live chat, much easier...

Once the documents are approved, you will have no problem anymore with withdrawals: it is a one time process

Again, this is no fraud: All Slots Casino is live since more than 10 years, and we don't fraud winners

Unfortunately, player failed to provide adequate feedback within the given 96-hours time frame for response.
