I have a withdrawal's request pending since 10th December. After redeeming a bónus and wagered it tottally I got winnings of $802,76 wich I requested to withdrawal. The Accoun ting Department requested documents which I semnt immediately, but the delay began. After 3 weeks I emailed Management of the Casino to direct Accounting to pay and describing the proccess until now. I made it twice but they forwarded them to Accounting manager for review and advise. But till today got no decision.

Hoping you can help solve issue, which I think is jus a delay but , anyway, na unjustificable delay, I'm asking for your help on this matter.
