I have been a member of Paddy Power for a number of years and have always paid into and played on my account in the same way for many years without a problem and was also lucky enough to win a £39,000 jackpot last year which was paid out no problem.I have or had always remained loyal to paddy power depositing many thousands and withdrawing without any gripes whatsoever then recently i tried to log in and my account was suspended with no reason given and contacted live help who said it was with the security team but still no reason given.I was then asked to provide certain items of i.d which i did but also asked to provide my Ukash vouchers which i had deposited with(this is a breach of Ukash security t&cs)still no reason for these requests and as my vouchers were used i no longer had them as i had thrown them away.I explained all this and asked what i had done wrong but offered no explanation or given any case to answer or defend myself.Paddy Power have closed my account totally offering no explanation whatsoever despite me being VIP and being a daily player and playing and depositing in the same manner i have done for many years and left me worried i have unknowingly done something seriously wrong.Is that how you treat loyal customers???so they live in fear of a knock at the door for some reason that is unknown to me.

nothing whatsoever....i think paddy power won't respond,their record on this site of resolving issues is pretty much self explanatory,I think potential/existing customers who visit this site should be pre-warned of their lack of decency and customer commitment...well paddy power there are other casinos out there whom value customers who play everyday and would do their best to resolve issues that they have.Sites that can't explain their actions with customer complaints think nothing more than making money.
