Account blocked with £120 winnings

i did register on slotobankcasino (26/07/2016 19:18:19) . And i did make my first deposit. so i did get my first deposit bonus.. I started to play and wager they wgaering was 7000€ but i did win really nice wins. And i had allmost completed my wagering . So suddenly they did close my account (for security reasons) this has never happened to me never ever!!! Then tehy wanted some documents and i did send everything to them immediatly.. (even if i was wondering why are they asking me this. usually casinos asks for documents when you are making withdrawal but i did send them and they did investigate my documents for many many days,, now they did open my account again but they did put y bous balance to zero. because the term&conditions says that you have to Wager in 5 days I think they had my account blocked for 5 days because they did not want me to succes with the wagering. i want to continue were i was before they did block my account. I want my bonus amount back on my account and i want continue wagering. this is not fare if they block me then i should get more time with wagering.. And all of my documents was accepted and there was NO PROBLEM WITH MY ACCOUNT... no reason for blocking me ... ANd i did never get any answer why they did block me!! I've been trying to get a withdrawl for 4500Swedish Kronor. Every time I try, I get the money Rolledback into my account without any real explanation. 1st time: I got an mail that said they needed ID and documents. This is something i've already sent in and gotten approved because I made 2 successful withdrawls before. I contacted the chatsupport and they verified that my documents were approved and I should make the withdrawl again. I also wrote an email. 2nd time: I contacted chatsupport again, this time he said that I only get to take out max. 500Euros. I told him that 4500SEK is only 483Euros. He told me withdrawl again and he contact the right department and get back to me. 3rd time - I got another mail about ID and documents. Talked to ChatSupport and they told me that my documents was approved and that it probably was an auto-email. The girl couldn't tell me why it got Rolled back bt she would contact the right department. After this I sent an long email to them because it seemed that chatsupport can't access anything of use. I have screenshots of all the chats and I have saved all emails. Can someone at Slotobank please respond?

Hi, I received an email from Slotobank Casino this morning offering me a 100% bonus plus 100 free spins on South Park for a minimum deposit of €20 . I made the deposit and contacted live chat despite the fact they give you a code for the bonus offer but there is nowhere to enter a code on the deposit pages, live chat told me to email support which when they replied to my query told me that the offer is no longer valid although I only got the email about the offer that morning it was no longer valid??? This has happened to me before,you always have to contact live chat to get the bonus but they never give you the free spins you are supposed to get. I let it go before and didn't follow up on it. Would appreciate any help you can give me regarding this issue. Attached is a screenshot of the email.

I have a rather small sum of £413 due from this casino. I requested the withdrawal and they promptly closed the account. Stated I would be contacted via email regarding the issue. The account has been open for months, and I have spent thousands, so I am concerned they are fraudulent as there is not explanation for this. Made a deposit and get a bonus. After the wagering, I made an withdrawl of 300€. The next days, the my deposit was moved back to my account. I contact live-support. They told me to contact a Manager, by mail, with my information. In a few days, I get a mail, where I was accused for freud, while playing. (!) Nothing else, not how or anything. My winning was taken, and my deposit was left on my account. I ask them for what I have done, and to prove it by script or some, but never heard from them again. I expected to be denied playing there, after been a cheater, but I was offerd more bonus later. Can any Casino do this, without telling me what or how I freud them. Hi, on 30th May I played at slotobank with a 8€ commission (regular transfer from affiliate-account to player account). I had luck and finally could withdraw 2700€. Even I'm already a "verified" player and also did already made a withdrawal in the past I got a request to send documents for verification. I did. But no response or confirmation... Whatever.. The next day I saw in my account that the withdrawal-request had a new status "success - in order to transfer funds". No Rollback possible anymore. Everything looks fine.. A few days later I had contact with support / affiliate manager and I clarified the things because I got only 8€ commission and finally made a withdraw of 2700€. "I'm pretty sure there is nothing to worry about"... this was more or less the last sentence from "Alex" - the affiliate manager. He also told me that my bets are "under investigation" because of bonus-rules ..?! I never played with a bonus. But ok. Maybe standard-procedure or whatever. Last monday I took the right to ask for a status. But no reply. Later that day I asked again via email - still no response (last week Alex replied to my mails within minutes)... So I tried to get an info from regular player support - but they told me, they have no access but they forwarded it to the "relevant department"... But still no answer. I saw, that I had a "slotobank"-contact in skype who was online at the moment.. I said "hello" and some seconds later - they blocked me. No response. My account was suddenly closed today for security reasons. I dont why. For several months, I had deposit countless time to Slotobank.com and have lost a lot. They never closed my account, but now for the very first time, I may have a chance to meet the wagering requirments, just maybe, they closed my account for security reason. Is this so I wont make my wagering requirments, which expires in 2 days. This seems very suspicious to me. It make me so angry and frustrated.
