I am absolutely furious with 888casino, I am a new customer - I signed up on Christmas Eve and straight away was experiencing issues. I won £100.30 on a slot game but my winnings did not credit to my account, I was then logged out and could not log in for about an hour! I called and they told me they were experiencing issues which I can understand but I left it 24 hours and still the bonus winnings had no credited to my account. I called again and was assured that the matter would be resolved - a few hours later I checked and the problem was sorted!

This is the WORST problem - I won £100, £200 and £100 - I requested three seperate withdrawals for these amounts and received three confirmation emails. Yesterday I finished playing on 888casino at around 4.30pm and had in total £1300 pending withdrawal and £200 balance. I logged onto my phone to check the status of the withdrawals and ALL THREE OF THEM HAD BEEN REVERESED??? AND PLAYED??? MY BALANCE WAS 0????? NO ONE!! knows my password! no one knows my bank details! someone has been into my account and regambled the money that I WON!! Money that I have earned and deposited onto this site and now this has happened. I have reported this to greater manchester police and obtained a crime reference number! this is not right, I have emailed.... 7... maybe 8 times and received not one response. I do not care what has happened, all I know is I want the money back that I!! won and chose to withdraw! this is not acceptable and I will escalate this until it is resolved. I am not responsible for this activity so why should I have to suffer???? The safety and security of my account is down to 888casino and I have been let down badly. Please help!!! Thanks, April
