I signed up at 7bitcasino using the TOPBONUS promo which was "120% and 100 free spins"

The terms for the promo were

50X rollover

Unlimited cash out from bonus

3 mbtc max cash out from free spins

I deposited 1.4 mbtc and the casino match was 1.6 mbtc, total starting balance was 3 mbtc. I proceeded to win $12 in free spin winnings.

After several hours, my account was at 19 mbtc, and hit the rollover requirements for the promotion and had my account reduced to 3 mbtc, per the promo policy.

I continued to play for about 12 hours over a couple days, and for the account balance back up to 40 mbtc. I didn't use any other promotions, just built up from that 3 mbtc.

I went to withdraw my winnings and the casino declined the request and took an additional 33.8 mbtc, citing the standard casino rules of max cash out from free spins being 5 mbtc.

Despite the fact that my promotional terms had a max free spin cash out of 3 mbtc, and despite the casino already enforcing the free spin max cash out, they came back a second time to take an additional 33.8 mbtc for the exact same free spins, this time using the standard casino rules for free spin max cash out.

Essentially, two different sets of terms were used and enforced on one set of free spins and it stemmed from the one event of $12 in free spin winnings. Additionally, as I mentioned, my account before the free spins was 3 mbtc and the account ended the promotion at 3 mbtc. So, the free spins didn't even have a single cent id impact on the account.

They refuse to repay the second amount taken od 33.8 mbtc. In fact, they pretend to not understand English, and cite general casino terms.

I’m not exactly sure how to update my complaint. I’ve looked and don’t see that option. The amount I am requesting is the full amount taken from my withdrawal. The amount is .033841 btc as noted In the accompanying screenshot from the 7bitcasino cashier

No it’s not resolved.

The casino CONTINUES to give the same explanation over and over. first of all, I’d love to know how you determined that I had “lost” the cash bonus and everything came from those $12 in spins. Seems incredibly convenient. But let’s say that is somehow true.

You enforced the max cash out from free spins immediately after the promotion. My account was taken to .003

You keep mentioning the max cash out from free spin standard limit of your casino at .005

That is entirely irrelevant. For this promotion, and these spins, the max cash out listed is .003 and it was enforced after the promotion.

Please share where in your terms that it mentions that you will not only enforce promotional terms on promotions but also come back a second time and enforce standard casino terms as well.

If the terms are set at .003 for max cash out, and you enforce those terms at the end of the promotion, how can you then come back a second time and enforce a new set of terms on the same spins a second time?

Even if somehow what you’re saying is accurate, which is not, and all 19 mbtc at the end of the promotion were from free spins, who cares? You enforced the promotional terms and left me with the max allowed to cash out. How on earth would you be able to come back and take money again afterwards?

Show me in your terms where it states that winnings from free spins will be subject to sleep different max winning levels, one immediately after the promotion based on promo terms. The other, your standard casino terms at the next withdrawal attempt.

Show me how you calculated that all winnings stemmed from .6 mbtc in free spin winnings, and none of it can be attributed to my deposit of 1.4 mbtc or your cash bonus of 1.6 mbtc

Even though 5 mbtc as a max Cashout is totally irrelevant to this promotion, explain to me why the withdrawal from my deposit did not even take my account down to 5 mbtc. I was left with 6.6.

None of what you are saying makes sense. I’ve asked for the numbers and calculations used to evidence the claims you are making. And whether in email or through these forums, you continue to post vague, broad casino terms that sound good but do not reflect any sort of justifiable explanation to anything I’ve complained about
