I started playing on the site about a month ago. I withdrew £8000 via Paypal and was asked to verify my account. I sent across all documents requested and was asked to submit a paypal statement to show further details which I did. I then received confirmation that my details were all fine and my account was verified. I then withdrew £68 which was paid out in 24 hours but the £8000 was not. I have since received several other payments but the £8000 has still not been paid. I have sent numerous emails and am continuously informed that its been sent to the payments department and they will deal with it within 72 hours, the 72 hours pass and I contact them again and I'm then told another 72 hours. I phoned up and and asked to speak with a manager. One called me back and said there was a technical issue with the payment and she was very apologetic but assured me it would be resolved in 24 hours. That timeframe is now well past and I still have not received payment and it it still in the system as in process. The people I have spoken with have all been very nice, polite and apologetic but i feel I am going around in circles and no nearer to a resolution.
