Withdrawal requested from Slot Madness Casibo on Feb 2, approved on Feb 10. All documentation sent 3 times. When I have contacted them, they say they are going to "escalate" my request. Today's date is March 24, and I'm still waiting for payment. Don't believe their "fast payouts" claim...they have NEVER payed me my winnings without a hassle!!

I'm sorry for the delays with this and I completely understand your frustration..

Your payment has been sent off and we're just waiting on the tracking, now. I would expect to receive the tracking tomorrow or Monday. Generally by the time we have tracking, the payment is already delivered.
