Stalling small deposit refund for ages

Hello I made deposits and played at Fashion TV Casino and I won. I havent been playing with any bonus. I made a withdrawal the 22 of march 2016 for 4500 euros but I still havent got the money. I have sent them the documents they asked for and those where approved the 15 of march. I have also sent them 2 emails wondering whats happening to my withdrawal but they dont reply. I have been on the chat almost everyday and they inform me that my withdrawal will be escalated and that its the finance departements top priority but still nothing happens. Hello, I am here to make a complaint against FashionTV Casino not paying me. At the beginning of August last year I made an account at FashionTV to try my luck and it paid out because I won big, 6579 to be exact. After that I tried, of course, to withdraw some of my winnings so I went for a 1500 eur withdrawal. I received an e-mail requesting documents so I sent them and shortly I was told that they were approved. After this a couple of weeks went by without me hearing anything from the Casino so I decided to go on Live Chat to see what's up. There I was told that they apologize for the delay and that the payment is still being processed so I should just wait to hear from them. I've literally went on chat at least 1 time per month and I've been told the same thing, even today. So I decided to make this complaint.
