24h Bet Casino
Issue with a 150€ bet with Live BlackJack

Hello,
I have to sumbit complain about live blackjack in 24h bet casino.
i have to play some blackjack hands. Placed a bet of 150euro , my bet was accepted and my balance has reduce to zero ( because had only 150euro ). After ~7 seconds i've got a mistery error and just clicked "ok" . After that i've got return to the site. When i join back to the table again ( in 6-7 seconds ) i had a A9(20) on the hand and dealer busted. But my balance had do not move , only ~2-3 minuts i got just return my bet of 150euro without winnings.
Then i ask live support to check this bet. They said that would contact to netent about this issuese. After 5 days i've got answer from 24hbet support and they said that " The error happen before dealer deal the cards and there be no compensation ".
i'am have disagree with that , because:
My bet was accepted and you can see it in history. Here was no error on my side , my inetrnet was work perfect .
