I have been playing on 1xBet for a long time and i have never had any issue with them. I have a verified account and it is my main casino.
I didn't want to do this but I simply have to. I have contacted 1xBet support 3 times via phone call and I sent them some email regarding the fact I have a delayed withdrawal. Like i said before, I regularly play here so I wasn't worried at all so I decided to wait.
I have 5 withdrawals pending that were made but never made it into my bank account and the amounts are 300€ 90€ 112€ 200€ that all summed make an amount of 702€.

I was informed via email that I had to send them a bank statement from the date of the withdrawals to the current date and I did that, 3 times... After that I was told to wait.

Via email, I wasn't getting the answers I needed so I decided to contact them via phone call and I got the same answer on the 3 phone calls I made. They had a problem with SEPA withdrawals and they were solving it so I had to wait and the money would be in my game account in a few days. Like I never had any issue with them I decided to wait. It has been a month now and the money hasn't been deposited in my game account, I am still waiting.

I am writing this to see if I get a better answer than I got this all month.

we would like to inform you that we have information from the Security Service. To resolve this issue you need to email to the Security Service and provide them with a bank account statement from 25/07/19 till present

I attached my bank statement from 19/07 to the present date. This is the document I sent to your security email (secur­ity­-en­@1x­ on 30/08/2019 at 4:42. The email subject is "bank statement account number 9476103".

Problem solved. All I had to do was contact the English support because the Portuguese support wasn't giving me the right information of what I had to do. I keep the trust I always had, 100%.
