Delay in verification
Hello. On 11 July 2020 I opened an account with 123Spins. Over the course of the day I deposited £5140. I played the roulette game. Having lost some money I managed to get it back to £3335.10. By this stage, the Casino had put a block on account which meant I was unable to play on or withdraw existing balance. They sent a number of emails requesting the verifications, such as bank account statements and payslips. I provided such as soon as email received. I have received only occasional replies. One stated the images were not clear enough. Another one stated the camera flash made some of them hard to read. When I sent another copy of what I believe to be of reasonable quality they did not reply. If I sent a follow up email they just send a stock automatic reply. The last one I sent was yesterday. I need to resolve this as soon as possible as substantial money and it's been nearly 4 weeks. I explained that I had won money on another site hence the reason for gambling a large amount.
