12,300 Euro winnings stolen by Vegas Red Casino


I have had an account with the casino for several months, I won 23,000 Euro, Of which the casino paid me already 9,000 after sending in the notarized ID (taking awhile and costing a lot), and other documents.

Out of the blue, I am getting an email from the casino stating that I broke their terms and that my winnings are voided. Mind you, they have already checked on me. verified that I fulfilled the rules needed, even paid some, and now they renege.

Here is their email:

"'Also note that the casino reserves the right to review transaction records and logs at anytime, for any reason whatsoever. If, upon such review, it appears that player/s are participating in strategies that the casino in its sole discretion deems to be abusive, the casino reserves the right to revoke the entitlement of such player to the promotion (General Terms, Clause 2). ""
