WinTingo casino - No Contact and No withdrawals

I registered and deposited 14 September 13. I played and made a withdrawal of £900.10 on the 16th. I submitted my documents and these were accepted on 17th. I have since made 3 further withdrawals of ££450, £250 and a further £450. I asked when these funds would be paid and I was told up to 3 working days. I have viewed my account as , as of today ( 22nd) my withdrawals are still 'pending'. I have e-mailed my account manager ( ROB GUTHRIE) and I have e-mailed the banking team and received no response. I went on to Live chat again and, was told that they can not do anything as the banking team were separate and they can not contact them for me. I have tried to phone but, Wintingo phone lines are out of order!..I told this to the support team who said their phone lines were fine..I asked for another number and tried that..they are out of order.

In short. I am owed over £2000. I have tried to get some kind of response from both the account manager and the banking team but, nothing! I am left with messaged from the support team ( who are very polite and try) that " I should be patient"..I feel that a week of waiting for my money against withdrawal times of " up to 3 days"..is patient. In addition, having no way of contacting the people who can advise and give a little confidence over the situation, other than waiting for them to respond to e-mails is a pretty appalling manner to run a casino...I am now still waiting for someone, anyone to tell me why I have not been paid, why they are still pending in my account and why I can not get hold of them at all!..With respect, the support team are nice but..i would get better information from my cleaner at work!.."Be patient" is not helpful especially when I am waiting on the payment of so much money,

Just to clarify, we successfully processed your payment within 6 days, including weekends. It then took 3 days for the credit card company to reflect the payment in your account. As per my previous post.

There are many online casinos that only process withdrawals on business days I.e 5 days a week. This is done for a number of reasons but mainly because its the similar operational hours as the major banks. I stated " 2 weeks" including the bank transfer times. The funds have been deposited today ,25/9/13. That is 9 days since the withdrawal request. In my opinion and having used many Casino's, the withdrawal times are excessive. Anyway, this issue is now resolved however, I will be closing my WinTingo account.....I feel your banking system is at best slow. I certainly do not think a 24/7 online casino should only perform banking operations over 5 days 7 til 7, I also feel that clients of yours expect much quicker responses to e-mails ( 72 hours in one case) as well as a telephone system that works and is not ( always) temporarily out of order.

I just had a look at your withdrawal and i see they were all processed successfully back to your original card on the 22nd September. You submitted your withdrawals on the 16th and the 19th September so i'm just trying to understand why you say it is taking 2 weeks ?

Please also note, because your withdrawal is being sent back to your original credit card that you purchased with, once we release the funds it can take Visa/Mastercard up to 72 hours to credit your account, unfortunately this is not something we can control hence why we state it can take up to 5 days for the funds to arrive..

In order to speed things up, i can suggest to contact your bank/credit card company directly and ask them to release the funds, we often advise players to do this and the cc companies usually comply however if you are still having problems dont hesitate to contact our finance department or myself on Askgamblers with any further queries or questions.

Hi. I think ( hope) it has now been resolved. I Received an e-mail stating the funds are on their way. It will take 5 days apparently to be credited to my bank. That will make withdrawal to credit times in total of 2 weeks!..too long compared with other Casinos.

Hi I had a win at winging of Tuesday just gone now it's Saturday which isn't a great length of time however to be sure I had zero problems on Tuesday I made a phone call to customer service as getting communication on live chat is useless. Spoke to rep on phone was told to supply usual in my case photo I'd recent utility bill and credit card I explained at the time I have the most recent card I deposited with but a previous one I'm unsure of whereabouts I was told that's fine as long as I have the most recent one. Now since then I have been in contact everyday as they have asked for something else everyday originally it was a more clear photo of my license as its faded a bit not such a problem then yesterday I look and my withdrawal had been reversed no contact from them so I call again and was told I was missing a document they asked for in which they hadn't. It was my older credit card searched the house hi and low found it sent pictures off. The rep I spoke to said it was all that was needed to finalise verification so I was happy. Few hours later I get an email saying I've not supplied them funny but about that was at bottom of that email was the stuff I had written on the email with pic attached. So fast forward to this evening I get an email saying they now need a selfie with my photo I'd which I found odd but sent it anyway then made another phone call spoke to rep told him it seems to be a delay in payment tactic as there's no where in their guidelines that states this is necessary. His reply is that it's required by the gambling commission. I told him that is false and have never had this sort of hassle with any other casino. He also said once I've sent the doc that they request that will be it and I'll be verified to which I replied that I'm having trouble believing this as I've been replying to requests all week and they just keep asking more did get a little cheeky and said I'm worried I'll get to Monday and they'll ask for a picture of my dog lol. He also suggested that I've never had this hassle with any other casino before because they don't take their security seriously. At the end after getting no where I said thank you for nothing it's time I came here to make a complaint so here I am. Nothing they have asked for is out of this world but really appears they are stalling perhaps it's because they think if they stall verification and get to the weekend I'll put my winnings back through the casino not going to happen if they don't get their act together it's not likely they will get another deposit out of me ever

I am very upset this casino said many excuses for not paying me i have sent in many emails for me and them I won the money in October 2016 on a no deposit bonus of $75 which I sent in pic of history of bonus I won the money off the bonus they gave me on the 24th of October of 2016 I tried to withdraw the winnings was 3550$us i never wagered any of the winnings i wanted to withdrawal it all and the casino has come up with a number of different reasons for not paying me then they asked me to letter from bank with very specific words which took me nearly a month to get and then they said they would honour the withdraw im not making any of this up i have many emails proving my case then the letter from the bank wasn't good enough even though it contained everything they asked they wanted it stamped then after I sent that email they said they would get back to me in 24-48-72 hours no email returned to me they keep saying i won the money off the card that is in my partners name which I have a joint account with him they i told them first this that we had a joint account I have sent them over 75emails trying to verify my account then ythey said i had to take it out in $750 increments so i asked to see some proof of this rule and they couldn't show me anything in writing i claimed my playing bonus which added up to 10$us and i had already had put in for one withdrawal of $750 then a man named Amos told me to withdrawal the rest of my winnings with added up to 2800 which the service officer told me to then they took my winnings for so many different excuses i had the winnings in my account for a month and had been knocked back and asked for so many documents even asked for my partners birth certificate and took a picture of him holding it with his face in it even asked for a letter of authorisation from my partner everything you can asked for i have many emails proving my claims that go back to last year im not making any of this up i need someone to investigate this and help me im disabled and i have done everything possible there keeping my winnings illegally and using excused that are not true

Delaying verification and withdrawal
On June 27 requested first withdrawal. Verification request followed next and everything was sent immediately. After three days asked what's the status and it was said that verification is still taking place. Later they asked to upload documents in my profile. Since they had blocked my account on verification process, I replied that I can only send via e-mail and it is impossible what they ask. After clearing out that e-mail with attachment is fine. Nevertheless, i got similar requests three (!!!) more times. After each case they kind of admitted that all is good. Then came another document request - my selfie with ID document. So, I sent that and asked to confirm if they have received. Got such confirmation (this was not auto reply confirmation since it come some 12 hours later and specifically referring to my question ). After a few days I again checked how it is going. It turned out that despite confirmation of receiving documents actually they haven't received these docs (at least they claim so). So, I sent one more time and again after 12 hours got confirmation they have received. So, it is now 11 days of verification process going with no signs it could be done anywhere close in a future. Needless to say that I sent everything ASAP - this is not the first verification process I am going through. The worst part here is that support people are totally incompetent and replies take a long time. Document that are sent are lost, they give false answers, promise things that does not happen and ask impossible things (account is blocked, but they ask to login and upload docs). Situation is especially tragic when case is taken over by different agents - they get lost very quickly. This verification process usually take 1 day in decent casinos, but it is nonsense here. After googling a bit, I realised that there have been a lot of cases like that, including complaints in askgamblers.com. No idea if this can be solved, but at least there should be note at this casino is is some sort blacklist.
