I have played at the casino, received a no deposit bonus, played it, won $100 and now I cant redeem this money because I am from New Zealand and somewhere in the pdf document, not in terms and conditions, new zealand is listed as no cash out country.

Why would you even offer a bonus or grant it, if I am from New Zealand. I was chatting before with you and nobody told me about that.

Why would you even do that?

Your customer service is so keen to get a deposit, but it looks that you are treating people like fools. I could have played more and more and nobody would tell me, that everything would be void.

It is outrageous and you are giving the wrong opinion to the whole casino industry,

 New Zealand is listed as the country from which players can't cash-out from no deposit bonuses, but can play it.. We can't do nothing about casino's rules, but to give an advice to all the players to read the whole T&C before start playing and complaining! Complaint solved!

Once again, According to Casino rules, New Zealand is allowed to play and deposit but not to redeem Free chips. As I have explained above, everything is available on the rules.

The list is in the appendix and the bonus shouldnt have been granted by your IT system.

You should have clear rules, and you should say clearly, that the bonus is only for some countries.

Moreover, you should have blocked granting bonus automatically.

Additionally, I dont see any particular reason, why New Zealand is excluded.

I have spent enormous amount of time, on gaining $100, without knowledge that my winnings wont be withdrawable.

You dont have any respect to your players time, and you are doing everything to make Wild Vegas Casino a miserable place.

Additionally, your customer service associate tried to convince to deposit money, and my understanding is, that he would say later than my winnings are void anyway.

Extended Payout from casinos time frame given

I have all communicational responses, transaction history, amount of both deposit and withdrawal requests, all account info and any information acquired for purposes of having all information documented for any reason I need to, for protection of my own identity, financial disputes and or any reason I should have to show my side of all interactions with wild Vegas casino and my third party affiliate here at askgamblers.

With that said... I just want my payout of $800.05.

I put in for request and have kept eye on it's progress I was given 7 to 10 days for approval from chat agent reps and also I read the casinos agreements and policies. To which I have yet been approved for my payout and it was turned in on December 18th 2023 and should have already had the process ping for payout now.... I didn't read reviews about the site until recently and I was very disappointed and nervous about what I have read in regards to them and their payouts.... I wouldn't have deposited had I known the length of time and the process I've seen others have to endure just to receive their winnings.

I have all verification approval through them I have email and a chat providing that statement of proof and also I made a clean deposit no bonuses attached nor have I used one after because I'm waiting on my winnings just so I don't get encounter another issue or something in getting it.

With that said... I should have gotten approved and my withdrawal in process by now. I would like to involve you guys bc of the the hassle of trying to reach their agents is SOOOO much time wasted, just to be told the same things or feel as if nothing is moving forward.

Email is also hard to get a human or any correspondence back it's useless pretty much. Please help on resolving this and me getting my payout!!
