Dear All,

As the official representatives of WEISS, we wish to provide clarification regarding the mentioned case. Our system currently indicates that all user funds were successfully withdrawn in December.

We would like to elucidate the situation. Due to winnings surpassing 2,000 euros (or its equivalent in other currency), additional scrutiny of all relevant data was necessitated, aligning with our withdrawal policy. The pertinent paragraph of this policy can be found below:

“4.3. WEI$$ will carry out additional verification procedures for any payout exceeding the equivalent of 2,000.00 Euro and reserves the right to carry such verification procedures in case of lower payouts.”

Additionally, in the WEISS policy, it is stipulated that amounts exceeding winnings of 4,000 euros (or its equivalent in other currency) may be distributed across multiple transactions. The corresponding paragraph in the policy is outlined below:

“ 5.1. WEI$$ reserves the right on its discretion to split the payment and pay the withholding amount in daily instalments not exceeding 4,000.00 Euro (or its equivalent in other currency) per week. The transaction amount can be limited on the bank side. WEI$$ may request from You KYC or identification documents before any withdrawal.”

Presently, we can confirm that the user's funds have indeed been successfully withdrawn.

Best regards,
WEISS official representatives

Delayed and limited withdrawal request
In total I made 5 deposits that went smoothly and each took maybe 30 seconds before the money landed at the Weissbet account.

After a few days I started the verification process and it got accepted in reasonable time. After that I wanted to make a withdrawal.

On the 7th of august I decided to make my first withdrawal, at that time I had around 2900 $ at my account and was planning to make a full withdrawal of that amount. The options I had choosing a ton of deposit options was no longer an option, instead there is only two withdrawal choices to be made. Either thru SEPA ( banktransfer ) or thru VISA/Mastercard. No problem I thought, that works for me.

So when trying to withdrawal the amount, I got an error message saying that I can withdrawal maximum 1186 $ thru SEPA or 500 $-something thru VISA/Mastercard.

So I contacted the agent support thru chat and asked them what is this about and why can´t I withdraw the amount of my choice, why is there a limitation? The answers I got was all over the place. Blaming the clients deposit provider, some nonsens policy they have ( but couldn't be found when reading on the policy pages ) etc. In the end I said alright, enough reading all these excuses, I'll just start the first withdrawal process with 1186 $ thru SEPA ( bank transfer ).

We've reached day 3 now with my withdrawal request still being in the "in progress stage" meaning Weissbet has still not even begin to handle the withdrawal, even though they have all the information they need to do so. I can still delete the withdrawal, which is what these kind of casinos want. Delay, delay, delay waiting for you to delete the withdrawal request and then start gambling again so that they can win the money back.

Reaching out to the casino a few minutes ago asking for some clarification on why my withdrawal request has still not been processed, the answers are once again really vague to say the least. Saying that "the withdrawal ACCEPTING process not only depend on Weissbet" but then go on to refuse answering who ells it depends on if not them.

In conclusion. 1. The casino have a ton of deposit options to choose from and it takes seconds to deposit money into the casino account. 2. The withdrawal process is limited of which options you can use. 3. The withdrawal process is limited to how much money you can withdraw. 4. The process is not being processed even though days have passed and you've proved everything they asked for.

I had no problem with Weissbet until I decided to make the first withdrawal request, which is the most important ask for a casino. Imo nothing ells matter if the casino doesn't handle the players withdrawal requests in a proper way.

Withdrawal Delayed for a Month
Dear AskGamblers Team,

I am reaching out to request your assistance in expediting my withdrawal of $4,000 USD, which I initiated on September 1st—nearly a month ago.

In recent months, the withdrawal times at Weiss Casino have significantly increased. In 2023, a $10,000 withdrawal would be processed within a day or two. Now, I consider myself fortunate if the €4,000 per week withdrawal limit, as stated in the casino's "Account, Pay-outs, and Bonuses" terms, is honored. According to their policy, Weiss reserves the right to split payments and process them in daily installments, not exceeding €4,000 per week (https://weiss.bet/apb).

On September 1st, I requested a withdrawal of $4,000 using the same USDT BSC method I have used for both deposits and previous withdrawals. My KYC was completed back in 2023, and I have successfully made several transactions since.

However, by September 11th, my request was still marked as "In progress." I contacted my VIP manager, who forwarded my request to expedite the transaction to the appropriate department, but no progress was made.

On September 16th, I followed up again, as my withdrawal had been pending for more than two weeks at this point. My VIP manager assured me that she had done everything possible to expedite the process, but it appeared she had limited control over the situation.

On September 19th, I reached out to the live support team, who could not assist and referred me back to my VIP manager. I also requested an explanation for the delay, but I am still awaiting a response.

On September 24th, after contacting my VIP manager once more, I expressed my desire to withdraw all my funds and mentioned that I would file a formal complaint if the issue was not resolved promptly. Remarkably, within 15 minutes of this message, I received an email requesting an additional "High Check" KYC. I promptly submitted the required documents, which were approved within 15 minutes. Despite this, I continue to wait.

It has now been four weeks, and the one-week payout deadline has long passed. I have not received any updates or explanations, and neither my VIP manager nor the support team has been able to resolve the delay.

I kindly request your assistance in contacting the casino to expedite the withdrawal process. Additionally, I would appreciate your help in ensuring that the withdrawal of my remaining balance (approximately $7,860) is processed smoothly and within a maximum of two weeks.

Thank you for your attention to this matter. I look forward to your prompt assistance.

Best regards,
Manfred

Withdrawal of 428 USD delayed

On 9/18/2023 I made a 21,17USDT and won 427,81USDT, playing 3 or 4 different slots.

This deposit was made with no bonus whatsoever.

I should mention that I am a verified user and made my first withdrawal at this casino, which was processed on 9/17/2023.

I should mention that with this first deposit, there were some delaying issues too. But I was paid two days later.

Now, with this second withdrawal, they are constantly delaying my payment.

Almost 48 hours have passed and the withdrawal was not processed.

This is the last email I received from Weiss Casino:

"Hello, dear Weiss Customer!

I understand your concern, but your withdrawal is in processing now, at the moment your transaction didn't encounter any problems, please wait till this process will be done.

There is no need to worry. Once your transaction is processed, the funds will be credited to your account.

We hope for your understanding.

Sincerely,

Weiss Support Team"

I should mention this is what their terms and conditions say about withdrawal's timeframes:

"2.5.6 Considering that You have submitted Your identification documents (if applicable), WEI$$ will process your withdrawal request. The withdrawal request processing may take from ten (10) minutes or more, if WEI$$ or relevant third parties have to perform additional checks."

10 minutes?

48 hours have passed.

Last, I want to mention that this withdrawal were both "rejected" in the first moments, with no apparent reason. At least they didn't explain to me why.

I want to be paid as soon as possible.

Thank you.
