I have had a pending withdrawal from Monarchs since 20th of May now they contacted me about a week ago when I chased it up and they said they would inform payment dept for me to get paid. Everything is above board and this was my first no deposit bonus. They are just delaying for ages now! Please get my €150 for me as they are taking far too long that's over a month now and I won the cash middle of May! Just to reiterate they told me I'd be paid but still haven't paid me.
