Closed my account, stealing my 6k GBP balance

Hello , the problems started after i made my first deposit and claimed the welcome bonus. After i wagered the bonus as in the terms and conditins, i requested my first withdrawal. The support requested documents from me , documents that i sent the next day. I received a email from TLCBet support saying that the documents where accepted and i will receive the payment in 24-48 hours. One day after, my account is closed and it will never be reopened. I didnt even receive a reason why they closed my account but i can guess that they dont want to pay a 6k gbp winnings. Beware the TLCBet casino !!
