I requested my withdrawal of $700 on 2/24/2017. On 02/27/2017 that sent me an email that they had received my documents succesfully. I have had over 12 chats and phone calls since then and it is all lip service. 10 days ago (03/10/2017) they stated they were sending my withdrawal via Bitcoin. Here is the conversation on chat I had tonight; he basically hung up on me as you can see. I am still waiting on a second withdrawal of $500 and have had no emails regarding this one.

I have repeatedly asked for a manager and they say they are not there as you can see in my chat. Once I get my (total of $1200) I am done with them.
