Hi. I have requested two withdrawals and both were approved. The first was requested in early August, the second was a few weeks later. I have been emailing them, literally, every week for a month. Each email comes with an automated response that they are busy, but they will be in contact in 3-5 days or something to that nature. Like I said, I've sent an email a week for a month and still nothing. I have not received any communication on their end. If I'm not mistaken it is roughly $300 (I have the correct amount in my files). I have received payment from them twice before, so I know paperwork is not an issue. Also, both withdrawals WERE approved. I would appreciate any help at all. I just want to get this over with. Thank you for your time and help.
