My account was chosen for security checking around early July, 60 business days has expired on 24 September. I went to live chat asking what was the result, and I would like to get my money. Here is the conversation:

Today my withdrawal was declined again, and I got an email that my account was chosen for security checking etc...
How is it possible?? I waited 3,5 months, operator said to make withdrawal and I got that email again.
Meanwhile in your sister casino (Grand Parker) my account's checking was completed successfully and they sent my money. I think you have one common finance department as these casinos owned by the same Ltd, please clear the situation as soon as possible. (INSERT LINK HERE)
