My account was chosen for security checking around early July, 60 business days has expired on 24 September. I went to live chat asking what was the result, and I would like to get my money. Here is the conversation:

evasan89: my account was chosen for security checking in June and I got an email that it might take up to 60 business days. That has expired on 24 September. One week ago I was here and asked about the result. Then I was told to come back next Monday. I am here now.
evasan89: Please tell me something about my account, and I would like to withdraw my money after three months waiting.
Donna: I would advise you to make a request now and wait up to 10 business days for an answer from our relevant department
Donna: And thank you so much for your patience
Donna: I understand it was not the easiest thing to do
evasan89: okey, I make withdrawal now. Thank you for your help. I hope everything will be fine.

Today my withdrawal was declined again, and I got an email that my account was chosen for security checking etc...

How is it possible?? I waited 3,5 months, operator said to make withdrawal and I got that email again.

Meanwhile in your sister casino (Grand Parker) my account's checking was completed successfully and they sent my money. I think you have one common finance department as these casinos owned by the same Ltd, please clear the situation as soon as possible. (INSERT LINK HERE)

My last withdrawal was declined 5 days ago. Yesterday I made it again, and today I received the money. I have still $419. I will withdraw it.
