Their system said 91100MYR is processed, but never got that money

I have been a player in the casino for long time and gambled on a monthly basis.I never had any big winnings but kept the faith and gambled.but I finally won 112100myr(malaysian currency)betcart did paid evry time my withdrawl request on time.i sended my requset 7000myr once a week(because withdrawl limit is 2000eur per week)and i got 21000myr of 112100myr on 3 weeks and my balance stayed with 91100myr.after latest withdrawl i sended one more request after 7 days but they removed all my balance(91100myr) and didnt paid to me until now.i asked from costumer support about reason but no response to me.
my balance is ZERO now.

I am filing a formal complaint against Betcart Casino. I am a high-value player (VIP Level 9) and a long-term loyal member with 9 years of tenure on the platform. Over the last month alone, I have deposited approximately $28,300.

My current winning balance is 4,971,000,000 IRT (approx. $26,290). I completed full KYC verification on July 21st, and all my documents were approved.

The casino has engaged in deceptive and unfair behavior:

On August 5th, they abruptly disabled my cryptocurrency withdrawal option, forcing me to use bank transfers.

The support team explicitly instructed me to submit withdrawal requests, claiming they would be approved after a "review." Following their exact instructions, I submitted withdrawal requests three separate times, but all three were rejected after waiting for 72 hours each time.

My current withdrawal request is now stuck in "Special Review" for over 72 hours, following the previous three rejections.

Most alarmingly, the support team has now started ignoring my inquiries and closing my chats without providing any answers, which is a clear act of "ghosting" a high-tier VIP customer and a member of 9 years.

As a Level 9 user and a loyal member for nearly a decade, I have acted in good faith and followed all rules. The casino's misleading instructions, repeated rejections, and subsequent silence are absolutely unacceptable. I have provided screenshots of my VIP status, the disabled crypto withdrawals, and the history of rejected/pending transactions.

I played casino at Betcart. Fully verified account. Now I have balance of 3.1k EUR plus a withdrawal of 2.0k EUR pending for a long time - so I have a total of 5.1k EUR that I need to recover from them. (Screenshot attached, private)

Betcart ignore my emails and will not give me any information about my withdrawals - please help.

No payment after 3 weeks

Hi.

Betcart didn't pay my withdrawal which is 590 millions IRR (Iranian Rial) (about 2200 US$).

After 2 weeks of requesting nothing happened, so I canceled my request and summited it again 10 days ago.

Betcart online support is telling me everyday that I need to wait for payment team and they gave the email of payment team to be in contact with them directly. I sent emails, but no answer.

I'm sending a screenshot from inventory and account, and the date of the requests when withdrawals were sent.

Refusing to open my account, withholding my deposits

Hi , i've been playing in betcart casino about 2 years and they closed my account asking to pass kyc procedure , i gave them every documents they wanted but got no response from them about 2-3months , i also had nearly 1.4k USD in my account .

I had two deposits in amounts of 900 USD and 500 USD , both by perfectmoney payments system , i just want to withdraw my initial deposit and get out of their casino for good !
