Randomly Chosen for Security Check. Really?!

Onbling Casino usarname:gogi17 I won at Onbling Casino.My documents was successfuly approved ,They sent me an e-mail on 01.12.2014.2014 that I need to wait 60 working days, so I can withdrawal my money after 60 working days because my account is chosen for security check,so is till 20.02.2015..After that day my attempt to withdrawals was not successful so was not approved. I did not get my winnings. Now when I wish to login and request a withdrawal is not possible because my account is locked.Please help me to get my money I won in a fair way. i want to complaint this onbling casino online was cheating my money...before i deposit i call the operator to verify of my account because i scared this will not payingout...afterthat when i deposit and start to play with bonus credit 90usd few hours agains i win about 500++usd...then i contact the operator them said bonus just can withdraw equal 2 of bonus only but need to make 1st deposit,and i will get on welcome bonus plus winning funds about 520usd,and no max cashout but rollover is 15900.ok i follow the instrution and done it,i deposit 100usd on onbling casino,then start to play on few days,finally i winning on the slotgame about 3800usd,i decide to withdraw it,i withdraw 3000usd and inside account still have 800++usd funds,then after few hours onbling casino locked my account without any reason,then i calling to custermer servise them said donno, email them also no reply,untill now onbling casino no any feedback to me! please help me,what can i do now? thanks chee wenghong

I have won several times at this casino. I have found they have very good stall tactics with payments. A few weeks ago I hit the Major Jackpot on Paydirt while playing with a Casino Bonus. I cashed out the normal maximum "$3,000.00" and was called by The "Pitboss" who told me that I was only entitled to $500 because I was playing with a bonus that they had given me, but he would be nice and credit me $1,000. I asked where the rules on bonuses were posted and he stated that they are in the redeem coupon area. I am still unable to find this information, but felt my hands were tied. The withdrawal for $1,000 was approved on 1/15/2015. Wire transfers usually take 1-2 days from previous experience with this Casino. I emailed them and asked them what the hold up was a few days ago and was told it could take 5-15 days for the wire transfer. I emailed them yesterday and their response today was "the bank is asking for a copy of my passport". My response to them was, what bank? Yours or Mine. Their answer was kindly provide the information so we can complete your wire transfer. I worry about all my information being available to them. Is this a normal request?? I have previously supplied them with all information that they require, why would they need a copy of my passport? It seems whenever I ask them a question, they always give me half and answer.

in June 2014 I won about 27000$ at Onbling Casino. I had been paid by them before so I expected to be paid again. They paid me several installments then. Each time they sent 1000$ to my neteller account. The last time I was paid was on the 23rd of September. Then they stopped paying me because of an alleged security check that could take up to 60 days like they told me. I requested several withdrawals since the 23rd of September but each time they declined it because of that alleged security check. However, my account was verified and a security check cannot take that long so I should be paid again. At the moment there are about 21000$ in my Onbling account and that is a lot of money and I should finally receive these funds.

My account was under checking since August. One week ago they closed my account without explanation. Customer service don't tell me what was the reason. I can not reach my balance $1000.

I won $11,193 at Onbling casino. When I try to cash out they ask me to verify. I give everything they ask and they verify me... then the send me only $1,000 and tell me I must do $1,000 cashout 11 times and then a $193 cashout to get all my money and I can not cash out more that one time every 7 days! They wait so long to pay me the first time if they do like that every time this is 2 or 3 weeks for every $1,000. This mean if I want all my $11,193 it will take me 3-6 month!!! This made me angry but I tell them OK I will do. I wait 7 days and do the next cash out for $1,000 like they say. I wait for my money but I get an email from them and they say I must wait 60 days for more security verification or something until I can get my second cash out. I am very angry now but I still say ok I will wait 60 more day! After 60 day I email them and they do not respond. I do not know how they can steal my money like this. I do everything I can do and I am very very very patient. I want my money and no more "verification" or scam from them to hold my money. Please tell me what I can do?

In the early summer, I won at Onbling casino. I was then told by them that my account was being frozen for review for 60 business days. I had won there and at affiliated casinos before, and received payouts with no issues. I never received any justification for this and could get no straight answers from anyone on live chat and nobody would reply to my emails, despite live chat staff assuring me they would. Those 60 business days came and went months ago and I'm still unable to access my money--I currently have a balance there of over $10 000. I have contacted live chat staff numerous times and repeatedly tried emailing people in various departments and have yet to get a single response.

Received an email from OnBling on 9/23 stating my account was under a security check that would take 60 days and that I would be notified when the account review is over (email attached). Since then, all of my withdrawals have been declined without explanation of reason except that I am under review with no update of status. They currently owe $5900.
