Unjustly disabled my account after successfully wagering a no deposit bonus

I found a bonus on Bitcoin Chaser and wagered it x50. When requesting withdrawal my account got disabled. I know for a fact I've never played at Playamo before nor anyone in my household. When I asked for prove of duplicate accounts they said that they don't provide that information. Why even advertise no deposit bonuses. It is so easy for them to just make up a story about duplicate accounts and cancel the withdrawals without giving any proof. After the support agent said that I have duplicate account he abruptly close the chat and refuse to answer a new chat request. I've been Nr 1 in queue for 3 hours and no response. My 0.15 btc were removed and account disabled. I've won it fair and square and believe that it belongs to me. Please Ask gamblers help me get the what is rightfully mine.

That is impossible as I am the only one in my household who have access to internet and certainly the only one who do online gambling. I have never before opened a account at Playamo Casino. Can you please provide proof of my duplicate account to Askgamblers staff?
