Planet 7 Casino - Keeps lying about my withdrawals

My user at planet7 casino is Zady2003. I have 3 withrawal request with planet 7 casino. Here are the dates they sent me a congratulations e-mail about acepfing my request.
10/30/2016 (aprox $450)
11/25/2016 ($1000)
12/8/2016 ($1200)
It usually takes them a week after you request a withrawal for them to check your account and send yoy an e-mail basically saying they will pay the money if I the player send the required documentation. I have records of all comunication with planet7. 3 requests, the first one in October and i have not received 1 dollar from this place. I sent all the required documentation several times by fax and e-mail, i even send it to a "manager by e-mail" here are some of the excuses i keep receiving.
We are sorry, we don't have your documentation send it again.
We are sorry for the delay, it has been escalated (whatever that means to them)
We are sorry, we ask you to be patient, we moved checoslovakia.
We are sorry, your ckeck should arrive 7 to 10 business day.
We are sorry it has been re-escalated.
You should get your check in the mail next week,
Please be patient with us i will escalate yout case (again?)
I keep on getting all this excuses randomly, is like if there is really nothing going on and they just go with what you are telling them and give you one of the above excuses randomly. They keep lying, promessing and apologising and asking me to be patient. How long should i wait for my money. I have proves that what i am saying is happening exactly as i am saying. Every time i talk to them over the phone i let them know that i am recording the call to every person i talk to and they don't seem to care. If i tell them you spoke to someone who said that i should get my check in 7 to 10 business days they tell me they don't have my documents, if i tell them i sent my documents like 5 times including directly to a manager they say is been escalated if you tell them is been escalated and re-escalated a million times they just tell you to be patient and please wait a little longer because they moved to another country. What kind of game is this and when can i talk to someone who is not lying and actually can give me a date of when will Planet 7 Casino Will pay me MY money.

I will wait, since you decided to answer my complaint from somewhere other than your office, now I have to reply to you and that gives you more time. Ok will be waiting. I suppose you will be back in your office today and you will review my account and let me know why Planet 7 keeps giving me excuse after excuse and I don't have a tracking # yet.
