Crazy Luck Casino - Payment Delays

After winning following over £3000+ with a NDB of which £145 was cashable including a mandatory deposit of 25, I submitted a withdrawal request on June 4th. On the same day I submitted my ID documents in advance of them being requested and explained that I was doing so to avoid a protracted withdrawal process on. Since then I seem to be having nothing but issues problems getting clear answer form the live chat support team. I was advised that payment would be cleared with 2-3 via support ticket and via phone call. Today when I noticed the payment hadn't cleared I check the support again and now i'm being advised that it wont be paid till Monday with no explanation and then the support guy stopped responding to my queries concerning the delay. What really irritated me was when I was called their support team member who tried to persuade me not to withdraw and then suggest that paying the small amount owed to me with not a priority for them.

I would suggest that you guys avoid any casino that doesn't have a clear withdrawal process with time lines, doesn't respond to email support tickets (around 6 unanswered so far) and or take over 30 mins to begin 24hr live chat, before that on average 5 mins to respond to simple queries.

I appreciate Crazy Luck Casino no longer respond to ASKGAMBLERS but companies need to be named and shamed.

The first support team member refused to respond.
The second said I would apparently receive an update yesterday concerning the withdrawal, but no explanation as to why payment wasn't being processed as promised. The only thing received was an email offering another bonus. (I will try and post copies of the previous chat transcripts when I get time)
