Palace of Chance will not provide tracking number for check

I submitted a withdrawal request for $300 on March 9th, and it was approved March 26th.

That equates to 13 business days. They told me it was sent out to the processor March 29th.

My concern is that they are not providing me with a tracking number, and refuse to contact the processor in order to get one.

I would like someone provide me with the tracking number if possible, or give me a time frame of when i should get it in the mail, based on prior experience, not based on the time frame they say. They have already breached the time frame they have given me. I have done my homework and am fully aware of all time frames they say. I would just like further information on my particular withdrawal. Thank you very much :)
