I won £4000, withdrew it successfully, as in they accepted it and even processed the winnings, but I have still only recieved £2000, they told me it would take no more than 5 working days to receive the rest, but no luck! I can't see any reason for only paying half as it has all been approved, and won fair and square! I'm trying to he as patient as possible, but am getting no answers, just told to keep waiting???

I’d just like to update you regarding the situation.
We have been in constant contact with our payment processor, Skrill, regarding the issue at hand related to the delay with your withdrawals. The latest information I have is that they have identified the source of the problem and are working toward a resolution with their issuing bank. They have reassured me that the missing payments will be issued very shortly and that you can expect the funds to reach your account toward the end of this week, latest next week.
I am of course pushing for the speediest resolution possible and I would like to apologize for the inconvenience this delay has caused. I’ll continue to update you of any developments and if you need to get in contact with me, please do not hesitate to do so directly.
