Nostalgia Casino locked my account instead of pay me 100 euro winning.

Last weekend I started to play into blackjack ballroom casino,quatro casino and zodiac casino after deposit 20 euro each for a try but all lost within 1 hour..Then I made a account with nostalgia casino and deposited 1 euro to receive 20 euro bonus as they offered their website.I was little lucky finally and won 100 euro after met their 30X rollover requirements. Then I had requested a cash in amount 100 euro and waited 80 hours instead their 48 hours pending period.Today I went to log in to casino but my casino account found has been locked instead of process my 100 euro winning! Already I send them emails to asking the reasons but got no reply yet.So,what's the matter?Could you help me please?

Today I have received a false statement from Nostalgia casino which I like to share below:

Hello Sheikh,

Our systems have detected that multiple Casino accounts have been created using your PC, email address or personal details.

The Casinos terms and conditions do not permit more than one real account per household, personal computer or e-mail address. This is necessary in order to reduce the casino's exposure to online losses.

As such, the winnings have been voided and confiscated.

Now I can bet they are not good casino groups as I thought before and there trying to steal my small amount of winnings of 100 euro which is intolerable. I have deposited over 50 credits in USD where I play into most of the casinos after deposits.I really don't have any intentions to take advantages from casino's promotions. So, I want fair justice against their false statements. Please askgamblers post my complain and do the best for genuine online players.

Today I have received a email from risk management which was sent yesterday,asked my security documents plus my private Neteller account details screenshots to send them. Here is their email below :

Dear Sheikh,

In order to look into this query further and verify your account, we will require the following documentation:

1. Your Passport or Drivers License.

2. A Utility Bill or Credit Card Statement showing your Name and Address as registered on your casino account.

3. A print screen of the page showing your name and address as well as the account number for your eWALLET account. (Please use the 'Printscreen" key on your keyboard).

To complete this verification process, you will need to go see a notary and have your documents notarised by them as true and authentic copies. This must be performed by an accountant, lawyer, bank manager or anyone that is certified as a justice of the peace.

Now I can say that I never received this type of strange and insulting email before. Why should I not arise my passport where I already sent you Neteller details who already verified me ? Why guys you making trouble with players for their genuine 100 euro only winning where other casinos verified myself easily like 1 2 3? So, it is now proven that your statements regarding multiple accounts were 100% false! That's why risk management trying to keep my genuine winnings somehow,anyhow? Did I not triple deposits into your different casinos without doubt? Come on guys,you should follow your t&c,gambling rules. Please do not trouble with genuine players. Today I went to a Law yer' s chamber to ask how can I notarize my documents but when they asked me to pay 50 euro equivalent money then I was surprised to know their expensive charges!! OMG!!! What should I do now? My winning is 100 euro, so if I pay them expensive charge of 50 euro equivalent money then I will have 50 euro? Is it fair enough? Please risk management, inform me immediately if you can give me alternative option like if I send my passport holding with me photo or any other option to verify my documents successfully. I am looking forward your reply.

Perhaps you could see someone else on the list they provided you as it may be less expensive. Unfortunately without the request your withdrawal will not be processed.

That's it? You guys are shameless scamer stating too many lies one after another. If I would get you in front me then I would teach you the best lessons for stealing forcefully. So, you are lucky enough this time. Anyway,last week you guys asked me to notarise my documents in order to forward my winnings which is still showing on the upper part of your replies but you did n't keep your words but I already had expended 50 euro more for notarised my documents in order to fulfill your casino procedures. You nay be forgot that I had several standard deposits into different casinos more than 50 euro. What ever you say its worthless to world who know you very well. Casino Reward sending me regularly further deposit bonuses for next deposits. They still now did n't forward my winnings only 100 euro I won after several deposits. Dear ASKGAMBLERS, did they provide any duplicates account they found? If no, then please take a proper action like place them under black listed casinos where they stalling ours winnings everyday by different excuses.
