Crazy Luck Casino - Non Payment of Winnings

I requested a payout from Crazy Luck on 2/17/15, and sent all my documents, since it had been well over a year since my last payout from them. The requested payout was $ 402.50. I tried to contact them over and over again by email, telephone, and live chat, and for over 2 months, I was told the payout would be processed in a day or two. But it remained unpaid. I received a few messages from John in Customer Service indicating if I made a small deposit, I would receive my payout by credit card this week. I agreed to deposit $ 25 on Monday, and I did not get my payout. Now I'm told John's mother is sick, and I had to make an additional $ 100 deposit to get my $ 402.50 payout. They refuse to pay me, and will not answer my inquiries, except with lies. I want to make sure anyone who reads this knows not to deposit at Crazy Luck.

I did speak to John in Support tonight at Crazy Luck Casino. He is now saying, in order for me to get my payout of $ 402.50 requested back on February 17th, I will have to make a $ 100 deposit. If I don't make a deposit, Crazy Luck will not process my withdrawal. He said this is a new process with all Rival Casinos, and it's because they switched to a new processor. This casino is completely untrustworthy, and it is not worth depositing there, because they do not pay!!
