As you will see from attached I have emailed TotalEsoft, and TotalEsoft companies 123vegaswin, crimsonbet, betbow (as would seem to be same company evidenced by screenshots, and withdrawal confirmation comes from TotalEsoft) without response.
June 13 - initial withdrawal request.
Some weeks later - money appeared back in casino account.
July 5 - Withdrawal requested re-submitted.
Current 30 July - Funds not in casino account nor Neteller account.
Have not received a single response regarding the withdrawal.
Have also called TotalEsoft ph number many times. Get answering every time.
