Hi team,
As you will see from attached I have emailed TotalEsoft, and TotalEsoft companies 123vegaswin, crimsonbet, betbow (as would seem to be same company evidenced by screenshots, and withdrawal confirmation comes from TotalEsoft) without response.
June 13 - initial withdrawal request.
Some weeks later - money appeared back in casino account.
July 5 - Withdrawal requested re-submitted.
Current 30 July - Funds not in casino account nor Neteller account.

Have not received a single response regarding the withdrawal.
Have also called TotalEsoft ph number many times. Get answering every time.

I hope I have provided enough details for you to follow up. Please let me know if I can provide anything else.

The withdrawal was rejected due to a bonus originally being attached to the deposit, and the wagering requirements were not played through. However, we had a request from Fraser asking for the bonus to be removed. Our team allowed this, as none of the funds had been played, but it seems they hadn't marked it on the account - so our system thought it was still there.

If Fraser would like to retry the withdrawal, it will go through within 2 working days.

Our sincere apologies to Fraser for this error, and we've added $20 to his account for the inconvenience.

Thanks for response. Have received withdrawal confirmation email.
Have not received funds as yet, as request was processed on Saturday.
No doubt funds will come through tomorrow (2 working days).
Just responding here to keep issue active (presuming that's how it works).

We don't have Crimson Bet in our list and player never indicated that is about other casino then 123VegasWin till today, when he responds that is actually about Crimson Bet. We are apologizing to 123VegasWin casino for any inconvenience.
@Frase, this kind of behavior is unacceptable.
We considering this complaint rejected due to incorrect name of the casino.
