Monarchs Online Casino - Non-Payment Issues for $34,000!

About two months ago I was fortunate enough to win a large jackpot (about $34,000 USD). Unfortunately Monarchs Online Casino is making it very hard for me to collect any winnings...
Fact #1 - won the majority of the money 2 months ago.
Fact #2 - have only been allowed two withdrawals so far for $2000 each of which one is approved (not paid) and one is pending
Fact #3 - they have frozen my withdrawal ability for over a month now.
Fact #4 - I have sent over 30 emails and have only received about 3 responses. Last one about two weeks ago.
Fact #5 - These winnings come off a cash deposit...not any bonus program and I have wagered and played enough to hit all their internal targets.
Fact #6 - Every correspondence from me has been professional.
Although they are pleasant, they never answer any questions with any timeframes. Everything is vague and non committal. They actually are making gambling not fun.
All that I would like from them is to provide a scheduled payment plan for my winnings. They did pay me out once but it took almost 4 months. In my opinion this is unacceptable.

I continue to contract Sandra, Jenica, Greg Dixon, Michael, & Michael at Monarch's but they have not emailed me back for weeks now. They are very frustrating people to deal with. It is very sad, unprofessional, and a complete black eye to the online gambling industry. I am sure that they will just disappear.
But I would appreciate you keeping the complaint active so that maybe I can help out other people.

This case has been reopened upon casino’s request and we would like to give it one more chance for a successful resolution.
We have been informed by the casino management that your payment was successfully processed and that you withdraw only 7850. Please confirm.

Sorry for the delay.
This was an extremely frustrating and stressful procedure. I completely disrespect the practices of Monarchs. I won't even waste anymore of my life talking about them. They paid me a bit of my winnings but was a horrible experience. Do yourself a favor and stay far away from these guys.
