Non Payment approaching a calendar year

I have not logged onto Monarchs in a long while because I came to the conclusion that they are a bunch of **** with no integrity at all.

I currently have a balance of $13,870.00+, ALL WON LEGITIMATELY AND PURSUANT TO RULES AND REGUALTIONS. All of this was won by virtue of credit card deposits made approaching a full year ago.

When I instituted questtions on procedure for withdrawal, the response was something akin to bonus deposits the casino made, yada, yada yada.

Time is money but this is crap. $13,000.00+ won legitimately and acting in good faith is a significant amount.

When I logged in this evening I initiated a chat and made it clear in no uncertain terms that it was well past time for the casino to pony up and provide me with what was needed to withdraw $10,000.00 of the $13,870.00+.

First of all, being that you have ZERO integrity, run your business (more acurately CON & SCAM) based upon FRAUD, LIES & DECEIT, I knew going in that you would doctor your records to fit your greedy goals, which is exactly what you have done. Facts are what they are and EXACTLY AS I PRESENTED. So, you are offering me the EVER SO GENEROUS SUM of $150.00 on $13,870.00 LEGITIMATELY WON?

Monarch has no concientious, no sense of right and wrong and no argument no matter how legitimate and fact base will be heard by a band of thieves !

Please note, the source of YOUR winning is $65.00 non-deposited Bonus which you wagered on 08/09/14 22:36, also the last deposit you made and played it off was on 18/05/14 20:49 . In order to be eligible for winnings, the SOURCE of winnings needs to be deposit only or deposited matching bonus. Therefor, as first time cashing out of non-deposited bonus, you are allowed to withdraw $150.
