I played at mr green casino over the weekend and had a great win, this was my first time playing here.
So i won a 4 figure sum to which i submitted a withdrawal.
I then call them to find out how things are going with it, and they said fine . my withdrawal was ready to be processed on Monday.
Happy days.
I then receive emails on Sunday night asking for id address card etc. I thought this would be the case so i took pictures and sent all the information which the received and said would get back in touch if they need any more. Great I thought I will be getting my winnings soon. No. So i emailed again on Sunday night to make sure everything went through ok and was told it is processed and waiting on my bank to accept the payment??? So i say ok that's great.,
Now at present my account has been locked, and I still have not received my withdrawal, I have been told numerous times it is with processing at yet nothing.
I hope ask gamblers see this and can possible help me in getting my money.
I have emails as proof and can send them over.
