Monarch's Online Casino wont pay up a measly 150 dollars

i opened new account at the new monarchs online casino it was a 15 dollars sign up bonus it had a 100 times playthru i made it had 180 left over i contracted support was informed that i could withdraw 150 of it. i submitted all the docs they needed to process the withdrawel. i went to cashiers window to request withdrawel it seems that the process has a bug when you put the numbers in and click they change and wont complete the requestl, i have take numerous screenshot sent them in and 2 months now still dont work. there is no phone to contact them says support is 24/7 but cant even get live chat but once in a great while. i send emails to finance and they answer me about 1 out of every 3 emails sent. when i do get live chat i get promises of they send follow up to finance but nothng ever happens. i first requested withdrawel on nov 5 2013. when i ask in live chat where are they licenced i get 2 different answers. someone please help i have no more hair to pull out
