Mansion Casino - Casino steals my deposit

Mansion Casino is stealing my £350 deposit. They already closed my account and took my winnings for non-sp­eci­fic­,ca­tch-all reasons. Now, they won't even give me back my deposit which is all I'm asking for. I've never heard of a casino stealing deposits in the manner.

On 23rd January the player was requested to send in some documentation for us to carry out his request of reimbursing the deposit.

We are, in principle, willing to return the deposit less processing fees, on receipt of the requested documentation. Until the player complies with this request, we shall be unable to provide him with any further assistance.

I have previously provided all of this info. It's not going to change the more time I send it in. In any case, I have not once again sent it. They have previously refused to send my initial deposit back so this change of tenor is...interesting. We will see if they actually send it.

We confirm receipt of the documents and that payment of the deposit less processing fees will be carried out in the coming week.

The original deposit has already been processed to the registered payment method. As a goodwill gesture, casino has absorbed the processing fees.
